Next, remove the wheel, remove the brake caliper and pads, and the rotor should just slide off the hub. It's a dirty job, but relatively easy. To replace the front brake rotors, the hub assembly must be removed. This involves using a pulling device such as a slide hammer or perhaps some sort of puller tool. The rotors are bolted to the rear side of the hub assembly.
