Did this today, just don't break the lines!
- De-pressurize the fuel system
- remove the fuel pump relay (From the fuse panel in the engine bay) and crank the motor for 10-20sec
- clean away any dirt around the connection
- push firmly towards the filter
- squeeze firmly (pliers NOT required) and pull off
some fuel will spill out. (There is atool that is sold from various outlets, Autobarn etc)
Make sure the connections go back on properly.
