I got an '02 WS6. Simple enough answer, pop up the lights either manually in the engine bay (covered by a rubber cap behind the light housing) or just turn the switch to on, then back so the lights stay popped up but not on. Next, remove the plastic black bezel that surrounds the lights. Should be 3 screws, one to the left, right, and center top. Once those are unscrewed, just pull the plastic off and you'll see the screws holding the headlight. You literally just unscrew and pull off, after unplugging it obviously. The plug is easily seen in the back. Then put the new headlight in, and screw it all back.
*Note* Just as a reminder, you don't replace bulbs in these cars, just the whole headlight. For good ones it's only about 20$ so, certainly not like some other cars. See sources and related links below for bulb information.
A Pontiac Firebird not a Trans-Am
A Trans Am is a package on a Firebird.
It is called a Firebird .
well you can change the entire rear hatch with that of a trans am's but I dont think it would be worth the the money to convert the car into a trans am style car.
try all American classics in Vancouver, Washington they had all the parts i needed for my firebird so im sure they will have that there. here is the website http://www.allamericanclassics.com/
Yes
The Trans Am was a special type of Pontiac Firebird, which was invented by General Motors. The first Trans Am was made in 1969.
The check gages light on the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am means to check temperature, low oil possibly, water. These are to be kept maintained for the car to run properly.
My 1994 Trans Am does, it will go up to 110. I found out that the top speed of a 1994 Firebird or Trans Am is 156 mph.
The Pontiac Firebird was produced between 1967 and 2002. The car went through 4 generations in it's life time and was also related to the Firebird Trans Am.
All 1993 Pontiac Trans Ams were made with the LT1 engine.
NO! the Montana is a front wheel drive minivan and the firebird is a rear wheel drive, even if they were both rear wheel drive for some reason, the firebird engine would shred the wimpy minivan trans and it would be just wrong to put a minivan trans in a firebird.
