How do you change murano door handle?

I just did this and it's very easy, assuming I did it correctly lol. There is a small black rubber grommet on the inside edge of the door next to the handle. Carefully unscrew it using an Allen wrench until the small fixed portion of the door handle trim loosens. Remove it. You don't have to remove the screw entirely or you'll risk it falling into the door assembly. (I'm not sure you can unscrew it completely.) You'll see a bent steel rod inside that the replacement handle must hook onto in order to release the lock. Pull it slightly forward using a wire hanger. Put the new handle in place, slightly forward of where it will rest, then slide it back so the latch on the handle catches behind the steel rod. Reassemble the trim parts. It might take someone who is familiar with this process less than five minutes to complete!

<SPAN style="POSITION: static" textContent="null">OK</SPAN> i broke my driver side door handle about a year ago and it was a huge pain. you have to find a way to hold the window up then remove the door <SPAN style="POSITION: static" textContent="null">panel</SPAN> then remove the bolts on the inner door <SPAN style="POSITION: static" textContent="null">panel</SPAN> plus the bolts behind the black circle tape. then there is one bolt on the inside of the door jam that needs to be removed then the door lock will pop out and u can put in the new handle then the lock then put it all back together. I was told at the dealer ship where i ordered the new handle that it came with every thing <SPAN style="POSITION: static">(ie</SPAN> the gasket and lock molding) in the kit but it <SPAN style="POSITION: static" textContent="null">didn't</SPAN> i had to order that all <SPAN style="POSITION: static" textContent="null">separate</SPAN>
