Removing cover lock and power window screws,3 speakers screws then pull nice they are clipped, then you will see plastic set aside you will see 6 10mm screws in the middle ok on the right end thats where the motor is inside it,now on the right 2 bolts wnd top and bottom you dont have to remove the bolts all totally all the way thats your main clips for installationsso you just have to pull the regulator out from the whole pull it out to the hole, then reverse removal.most of the time the new regulator comes with two bolt those are your clips to hang it,the best way to use it is dont put it on automatic and dont put your window all the way down all the time i saw the original the steel is like a thin aluminum, civic are weak on regulators that is why they are cheap can,but it saves gas so they are ok,accord are maybe better with a little extra gas,or any suvs ill bet you they are built tougher, hopw it helps!
the cable is frayed ,you will have to replace the window regulator motor assy.
