That is wrong.
The 2 spark plugs, on the driver's side(left side) are very hard to get to (the very back one OS really a bitch just to get the plug wire off of), as are the 2 rear plugs on the poassenger's(right) side. Consult tiwh your mechanic to find the best way.
I had to use 2 different socket extensions. On the rear ones, I had to drop the 5/8in socket in the hole, and use a 6" extension to get started, remove that and use a 4" extension to get the plug unscrewed, pull that to the top, remove the extension, while holding the socket and then remove the socket and the plug.
The brake master cylinder is in the way, and Ighad to pull the 2 heater hoses, away from the body o nthe left side to tget to the back plug.
For having so much room under the hood, you wold think they would have moved the engine closer to the front.
Don't let these fools, tell you it is a snap. It is not. I spent alomst 30 minutes, alone on the 2 back left plugs.
If it had been done right, it would take about that much to remove, clean and regap all of them.

The plugs are located under the coils on top of the valve covers. You will need to remove the coils to access the 16 spark plugs.

The torque specification is 13 foot pounds or 130 inch pounds for the spark plugs on a 2007 dodge caravan 3.3 liter

you have to remove the plastic covering on the engine and then you will see where the plugs are, the coils rest on top of the plugs.
