For the rear sway bar links, its a bolt on part. So you have to put your two rear tires on ramps to lift them up for a good 6-12 inches off the ground to give room to operate; or just lift one rear wheel at a time with a standard jack. You might have to remove the tire if you want more comfortability while operating underneath the car. Then unbolt the link with a socket wrench or a tool, it has two bolts on it. Sometimes its jammed in there so just crack the bolt with a bolt cutter if needed. After you've taken the old link off just install the new link by bolting it on. Remember to line it up correctly and put enough torque on the bolt so its safely fastened to the sway bar. Lower the side you worked on and do the whole procedure for the other side. Its pretty easy!!!
