At the chassis driver side below the driver's seat aprox. is the fuel filter, you need a tool for the quick release connectors, very inexpensive tool found at local auto parts for less then 10 usa dollars, I recommend you remove the fuel pump relay or fuse start the truck until it stalls, this way there is no fuel pressure in the fuel line and removing the fuel filter is a snap....................................
