If you are talking the cabin air filter, these cars do not have one. If the filter/drier in the air conditioning lines, you must remove the engine air intake piping for access, properly discharge the a/c system, and remove the two lines going to the filter. There is one bolt that holds the filter to the car, remove that and the filter unit and replace. Check out dodgeintrepid.net for a ton of info on these cars.
