lift arm up fold wiper and push. it should pop right out as one unit. the wiperblade cannot come off.it is one unit blade/arm.
Edit: Actually, there is a cap over the wiper arm bolt that pops off. This lets you pull the wiper arm almost 90 degrees making it very easy to pop the replaceable assembly off.
