The bulb behind the temperature control knob in a 2002 Honda CRV can be changed by removing the temperature control panel. First remove the knobs then take the front plate off. This is held on by screws that need an Allen Wrench. The bulb can then be accessed and changed.

There is one bulb for the manual heater control. It is located behind the fan control knob. Remove the knob take a piece of vacuum or windshield washer hose and remove the bulb. Install in reverse order of removal. The bulb is a 194 bulb.

Any change in air temperature will change the temperature of the table but the change in table temperature will lag behind the change in air temperature. If you feel a table in a room it may feel cooler than the air temperature as the table material is more conductive of the heat from your skin than the air.
