You cant change it Answer You can't change it *easily*.
You right click the icon and click properties. Under the shortcuts tab you click "Change Icon" and select the icon you want.
On windows xp + vista you: 1. right click 2. Click on "customize" tab 3. Click "change icon" if you downloaded an icon, save it, then click "browse"on the change icon window.
Select the icon, rt mouse click, properties, select icon. This assumes Windows XP.

You right click the file then go to the customize tab and click on "Change Icon..." and you should be good to go!
Try this open notepad and type [autorun] icon=nameoficon.ico save as autorun.inf
Icon size can change usually by two means. e.g. under Windows XP 1. Change resolution of the display 2. Change icon size in desktop properties -> appearance -> icon size.

I myself have Windows 7 Starter, but i think it is the same, go to the start menu, click the icon and a page will come up, then you hit change picture. You can choose from the samples or browse in your pictures.edited : or you can right click the icon of the program you wish to change, and go toproperties > change icon > browse and choose the icon and click apply/save or ok.
by simply left click the icons and windows and move them. you should not leave clicking the icon and windows while dragging.
