Cabin filter is behind the glove box. Start by removing the glove box and then, you will see a black plastic box behind a couple of sheet-metal brackets which also have to be removed from at least one end. When you buy the filter it comes in 2 pieces (you actually have to use both). Be careful when reinstalling things back because there's a couple of snap in fastners that are made of plastic and can easily break off. Shouldn't take more than 1/2 hour to complete.

A = Oil/Filter change 1 = Tire rotation 2 = Replace cabin filter
I just finished replacing the cabin A/C filters on my 2001 Honda Accord. The two filters are located just behind the glove compartment. The hardest part of replacing the filters is removing the glovebox. So, here is the web address I used for assistance in removing and replacing the filters on my Accord http://www.honda-acura.net/forums/archive/index.php/t-43307.html. I recommend downloading and printing all the pictures and diagrams from the links that are included on this site. The diagrams are from the Helms manual and help as a reference to avoid any snaggles. Good luck and
