The only time you change the camber on your car is if you alter the suspension. For example if you lower your car then the wheel will tilt in and you buy new bolts or shims to adjust the camber so your tire will be straight up and down. You will need air tools to do this and a alignment machine. Alignment machines will go into tenths of a number to make sure it is accurate.
There is no factory adjustment for camber in the Volvo S70. Aftermarket camber adjustment kits are available which use a lobed bolt on one of the lower strut mount points to increase or decrease camber.
The camber might need to be changed on a car for the tires to wear evenly. A car that is out of alignment will be very hard on the tires.

How do I change oil and oil filter on 2000 Volvo v40 1.9turbo
no yo can't
yes. it will drop your ride height one inch and may change the camber of your tires. (camber= the angle of the tires curbe stance.) 2006 Mazda 3 sedan has 16 inch rims and tires... switched to speed 3 rims. they sit like this now / \ not that extreme though. this causes uneven tire wear. the way to correct this is to purchase "adjustable camber links" if you change the suspension you will have to get the camber links too. you will have the same problem.
