How do you change the ciggerette lighter fuse on a ford focus 2005 model?

Hi..
This should be easy enough. I just changed mine (Focus 1.6 Ghia/2003). First, identify the fuse in the car manual. There is a separate section for fuses in the manual. Mine was #47 (15amp). Once you know this, go and buy a similar one. I found 20 pack of different fuses for £3 at Halfords.
Now, open the glove compartment. For this you'll need to open it and squeeze the side lightly and it should come off. Behind this you will find the central fuse box. Identify which one need replacing from the manual. Pull the fuse out using a twizzer. The fuse wire should be broken inside. If not this is a diff. problem. Put the new fuse in its place and test the power socket. Things should be fine now as with me.
Don't forget to refit the glove compartment
