Its a Huge job, and if your not mechanically inclined have someone else do it. First disconnect and remove air cleaner and ram air plastic,
battery and battery case, fan assembly, then pop the clip off at the bottom of the clutch pedal holding on the master cylinder rod,
unbolt top transmission bracket and any electrical connections or wires in the area. ground connections (coil packs are mounted to transmission take them off).
unbolt slave cylinder bracket (the one going into transmission) push in and rotate master cylinder clockwise until it pops out. Push in slave cylinder rotate counter clockwise it will pop out.
-------IMPORTANT----- do not let air get in that line its one assembly and once you get air in there there junk no matter how much you bench bleed them just make sure its full before you take it off and keep the cap on

jack car suspension up
remove brake caliper and pads and tie caliper to the spring so you don't bust a brake line
remove halfshafts from transmission (Drivers side will come out easy pop it out with a pry bar, the passenger side you need to undo a bracket that has 3 bolts)
---if ball joint wont break lose without damaging it remove bottom strut bolts and tierod end and you can pull the whole assembly back leaving the lower ball joint on
loosen motor mounts
move jack under transmission and remove lower transmission mount
remove bolts and split transmission (if you take all the plastic off the driver side wheel well you can wrestle the transmission almost out it takes finagling)
from there you can remove the parts from the inside of the transmission housing there should be about a 12" gap if i remember right
pull throw out bearing and fork (you need the clip holding the fork on to reuse.
unbolt clutch plate (i jammed a wood wedge in the flywheel teeth to get the bolts off other wise it turns)
if you didnt get the rebuild kit with the new flywheel which is about $50 dollars (which you should) have the flywheel turned before you put every thing back in there.
make sure to align the throw out bearing correctly
reassemble
make sure to align the slave cylinder pin
check clutch pedal clearence when finished
Most places will change around $600 in labor for the replacement
