Apple has no search engine that they created. They do have a browser called Safari. With Safari you can make almost any search engine the default search engine when you search within the Safari address bar. There is a rumor that Apple is going to create their own search engine but as of 2/2014 it is just a rumor.
it your main search engine you use so for eg if you used google as your default search engine, the search engine. you can search on your top right bar. well i might have not made it so clear, but you can just understand what i mean.
I don't think you can, but you can set it to your home page... if you aren't a member yet sign up here: bit.ly/ba7UyH
Open Safari and click the name Safari top left. From the pop-down menu choose Preferences. Click the General Tab and then click the arrow next to Default search engine: Choose another search engine. If you are referring to a Bing extension then choose Extensions and Disable Bing.
Go to safari settings and then to Reset safari. All the search queries, history and cookies will me removed and safari will be set as default as it was before.
It is because of the additional Extension that is there with the homepage. The extension does not allow to change the homepage.
No, Safari is a web browser developed by Apple. It allows users to access websites on the internet but does not provide its own search engine. Users can choose a search engine, such as Google or Bing, to use with the Safari browser.
