On the back of the headlight housing there is a interlocking bulb holder that your wires are attached to. Disconnect the wires, Unscrew the Bulb holder and replace old bilb with new one. Reassemble and reattach the wire socket.

I stopped by a Chrysler dealer and they informed me it was a 2 hour job. The front bumper cover has to be removed and then the headlight assembly in order to change the bulb. A cost of approximately $120.00 in labor to change a $12.00 bulb.
You have to remove the headligth assembly. There are 3 nuts on the back, and 1 bolt on top.

Lift the engine compartment hood. Remove the headlight retaining bolts. Remove the wiring harness. The headlight will come free. Reverse the process to install the new headlight.

The headlight bulbs for the Chrysler LHS are inserted in the back of the light housings. There is a twist ring that holds them in, rotate the ring to remove and replace the bulb.
just unplug the lamp, then replace it, or whatever then replug it to the power. then you should test it.
In order to change the headlight on a 1994 Chrysler LHS, you must lift the hood and take off the shroud and the front grill. Then you can move the battery if you're changing the light on that side. There may be a few odds and ends that you may have take off to change the bulb but you should be able to reach and change the light bulb on your car.
As long as the headlight are turned off, you do not have to disconnect the battery.
To remove the headlights from your 2005-2007 Chrysler Town & Country you would need to remove the 3 8MM bolts on top of the headlights, and then they will slide right out. I have also included a link to a video below in the related links section that will show you how to do this.

There should be 2 screws 1 right below the headlight itself and one off to the side. They are tricky to see but they are there
