Take the wheel, brake caliper, and rotor off. Then take the axle nut off. Now rotate the hub assembly so that one of the holes lines up with one of the six point Allen bolts. Loosen all three bolts like that. Then take the hub assembly out and replace it with a new one. You just don't replace the wheel bearing, it comes as a whole installed in a new hub. Installation is in reverse. If I'm correct the torque specs on the axle nut is 140-148lb. ft.
It sounds like you have more probalem than wheel bearing. TAke it to a front end shop
