By removing the lowerr dash on the passenger side. This is a tough job.
I am not exactly sure of what you are asking but there is not an evaporator valve. There is an evaporator core that resembles a radiator and there are not any parts that can stick. The only problem they have is leaking. There is an orfice that goes in the inlet to the evaporator and it has no moving parts. It can get stopped up and cause the high side pressure to get higher than normal.

Book time for the evaporator is 2 hours, follow the a.c. lines to the fire wall and under the dash on that side attatched to the evaporator will be your expansion valve.
The PCV on a 2001 Chevy Camaro SS is located on the left valve cover. Pulls gas buildup from inside the engine and sends it back into the intake manifold.

You will have to remove the evaporator from underneath the dash on the passenger side. If you have the right side tools it is not a difficult job. This will require you to first evacuate your A/C system. I would recommend changing the evaporator along with the expansion valve.
