pardon me for being asenine but, this question is somewhat "reaching" (being polite here). there are about 200 "bulbs" in this vehicle. a bulb is a light and and most "lights" are bulbs. there isn't enough room here and, I'm sure in the he** not going to list and describe all the "bulbs" and their functions here. i suggest you get a CHILTON auto manual and read it from cover to cover and pay close attention to the description and functins of all the "bulbs"/lights descrbed within.
The only one I found is PIAA 168, try googling that or use the following link below. http://www.tirerack.com/lighting/detail.jsp?ID=1071&cat=Accessory+Bulbs
To replace the instrument panel lights in a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Remove the screws securing the instrument panel bezel and carefully pull it away to access the gauge cluster. Unscrew the cluster from the dashboard, then twist the bulb sockets counterclockwise to remove them and replace the old bulbs with new ones. Reassemble the cluster, bezel, and reconnect the battery.
Open your trunklid, and look down, you will see some carpeting, most likely held on with plastic clips, unfasten your clips, and pull the carpeting back, and you will see where your bulbs go in, now grab the bulbholder from the backside, turn to the left, and pull it out, and replace.
how to replace bulbs on a 2009 mitsubishi eclipse
There are many bulbs on a vehicle, need to know which bulbs you want to change.
You must remove the cluster (the part were your gauges are) this comes out as one unit. The pain will be reaching behind it and unplugging the comnnecter attaching it will be twice as tedious! but everything else is relitivley easy. You must then disassemble the cluster carefully to expose the bulbs. I recomend you do this in your house so that you don't loose the pieces! the bulbs are cheap and can be found at any auto prarts store. After replacing the bulbs assemble the cluster and reattach it to the car. NOTE: one special tool needed will be a stubby or short handled screwdriver to remove the screws that hold down the bezel in front tof the cluster. about 2" in length!
There are access panels in the trunk area. Remove the panel and grab the socket that is burnt out. Turn counter-clockwise to unlock the pull out. the bulbs can be changed by pushing down lightly on the bulb and turning. Installation is the reverse of removal.
