I don't know on a Peugeot, but all disc brakes are basically the same. If you have any experience at all, I'm sure you can do it. General steps. there will be one or two bolts holding the caliper on. On some cars there is one bolt and a pin the caliper slides over instead of two bolt. Some have clips that slide in and hold the caliper. Once the caliper is loose, lift it off of the rotor, take the outside pad off. Look at the piston the inside pad is attached to. If it is a hollow cup, it pushes in. If it is solid on the surface with a groove or a pattern on the surface, it screws in to depress it. In either case it has to be pushed into the caliper until it is flush with the surface of the caliper. Install the new pads, replace the caliper on the rotor and tighten the bolts. Make sure to pump the brakes a few times before driving to seat the pads on the rotor. This is very generic, but if you have any mechanical experience at all, you should be able to handle it.
It is important to know how to change a cars brake pads. Lift the car, remove the tire, brake shoe and pull the brake pad out of the brake shoe/caliper.

Lift the vehicle on a jack, remove the tire, remove the brake shoe/caliper, and remove the old brake pad. Throw away the old pads, put in a new brake pad, replace the brake shoe/caliper, replace the tire, and lower the vehicle to the ground.
Change the brake pads sensors. You must change them after every brake pad swap.
