Remove the tire and then on the calliper at the bottom there is a t55 torx its not an Allen key many of people think its one and strip it.so after you do that remove the calliper you might have to pry lightly then remove the old pads and then tack a C-clamp and decommpress the piston so the new ones will fit on put the new ones on the same as you took them off they only go on one way so its a little hard to mess it up and make sure you put calliper pin greese on the pins the t55 torx i hope this helps you.

Mustang's have timing chains not belts and do not have interference engines. Change the timing chain when it brakes or stretches to the point it throws off your valve timing.
Take it to a brake shop. If you have to ask you aren't qualified to do it.
