If the 94 Bird is anything like the 95 then replacing the front turn signal bulb is pretty easy. Open the hood and look just to the side of the bulb you want to replace, you'll see two screws one over the other. Use a 7/16 box wrench (you won't be able to get a socket in that small area) and remove the two nuts. Then carefully pull on the signal lens. Both the amber and the white lens will come out together. Twist the plastic light socket to disengage it from the lens housing. Pull straight out on the bulb and replace the burned out bulb with the proper bulb, then just put it all back together.
