How do you change the fuel filter on a 2006 Subaru Outback wagon?

It's inside the fuel tank,attatched to the fuel pump. Look under the back seat for the access to it. I have it in my book, but it doesn't show me where the heck mine is for my 2002 Outback Wagon.
