what tires can I use for my 2005 Subaru Outback 2.5i Wagon?
Subaru Outback
See "Tires" on page 5 of chapter 12 "Specifications" in the "OWNER'S MANUAL"...
The lower price does not include seats or whitewall tires.
The short answer is yes.
Which model is it? 2.5i/limited/Premium, etc.?
Non-Directional Tires: Front same side to Rear; Rear criss-cross to Front. Directional Tires: Front to Rear & Rear to Front same side. Do Not Criss-Cross. Ref: Subaru Service Bulletin # 05-37-07.....
It is the tire pressure monitoring system.... it's means check your air pressure in your tires!!
They can but changing tire size will change speedometer readings and the way your car handles. You also must have all four the same size. There is a link to a tire size calculator in related links.
58 to 72 ft-lbAs per page 9-10 of your "Owner's Manual" under chapter 9, In Case of Emergency: FLAT TIRES.....
The rear tires except Subaru which does the front.
4th Subaru: Absolutely horrible ride! With correct air pressure in the tires, every bump, expansion joint, and crack causes the tires to dribble and the resultant sounds reverberate through the car with hollow thuds. Dealer service manager noticed it but had no answers. Praying for some aftermarket shock manufacturer to help me to love driving this otherwise great car.
