2006 Odyssey EX-L: For the low-beams, I used a short phillips head screwdriver, and only loosened the 3 zinc colored screws that hold the light in the collar. The light then rotated counter clockwise 1/5 of a turn and came out. Before I did that though, I disconnected the wiring clip. It's very tight for hands, so I used one hand to squeeze the lock, and a flat head to gently push down on the clip housing. I replaced the drivers side myself, but had to ask my wife (smaller hands) to do the passenger side.
