You will need to remove the spindle from the vehicle and use an arbor press to separate spindle from bearing and bearing from hub. There is also a snap ring (circlip) you will need to remove. Use the press to reassemble.
If you do not have an arbor press, remove the spindle and bring to a machine shop for pressing.
