I just had to do this. Searched hi and low for an easy solution. The only one I could find was an absolutely ridiculous PITA procedure just to change two small bulbs. Tried unscrewing the small philips head screws and prying out the housing but to no avail. You're not gonna believe this but you have to remove the ENTIRE TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY from the trunk lid in order to get to the bulbs. Involves pulling off the trunk lid carpet trim, removing 9 hex nuts that mount the taillights, Wrestling the light assembly to get it off without cracking it (it won't be easy).
