There are two screws in the lense that you'll need to remove. Then, use a small screwdriver to gently pry the lense against the housing. This will pull the lense away from the body where you can pull the rest of it out with your hands. The bulbs are in the lense assembly. Just twist and pull the sockets and you'll get to the bulbs.
