The year, make, model and engine wasn't mentioned but in general you remove the motor mount anchor bolt(s), lift the engine a few inches and support it safely, unbolt motor mount(s) from engine, remove mount(s), replace mount(s) and finish in reverse order.

There is no fixing a broken motor mount. Replace them with a new ones.
The motor will be located under the hood at the far right corner.

On the 2005 GMC Envoy, the block heater is right above the left side engine mount. If you turn your tire's fully to the left you can see the mount right above the motor mount.

This is a common problem with a common fix. I would go to www.chevytalk.org and do a search in the related truck section. Last I saw there were a bunch of posts regarding this problem and the fix.

i dont know but it is realy hard to do that take that to a machanic and see if they can do it
