There is a oil pan under the right passengers side of the engine. It has a screw well bolt actually. Unscrew it let the oil drain out into bucket replace the oil filter(new one) and bolt and put the recommended oil weight (5 quarts) back into the car 5w-30 synthetic oil if high milege. Crank it now watch how smooth she runs!!
Do you have the factory air ride or have you converted the car to a coil over suspension?

On a 1995 Lincoln Continental : The ELECTRIC fuel pump is INSIDE the fuel tank It is installed through an access hole in the top of the tank
The 95 Conti has no OBD1 plug. The vehicle is equipped with the OBD2 system with the port under the steering wheel.
It is located in the oil pan

The MAF sensor may be in need of cleaning.
I had the same issue with mine...it was the crank/fuel sensor...cost - 50.00 for part
it is right under the motor. it will be black with a bolt sticking out on the botom of it.
