if the glass is cracked or broke, criss croos tape it to hold it together. support glass in halfway up position. remove door trim panel. working through the acess hole, punch out the 3 center pins that secure the glass to the channel.using a1/4 inch drill bit, drill out the rivets an pull the glass up and clear of the door. Install is reverse.
