To change the radiator on your Celebrity:
First raise and support the vehicle as necessary and drain the coolant into a suitable container. After the coolant is all out loosen the clamp and remove the lower radiator hose. Also at this point remove the two screws that hold the bottom frame for the cooling fan and unplug the electrical connector. Save the screws and clamp for reuse.
Then under the hood:
Remove the two screws that hold the top of the cooling fan frame in place and remove the fan. Remove the upper radiator hose and the tube to the recovery tank.
Remove the bracket that holds the upper motor strut to the radiator support and swing out of the way.
Remove the four screws that hold the radiator bracket in place and remove the bracket. There will be two rubber mounts at the tops of the two radiator end tanks, save them for the replacement radiator. Unplug and remove the water level sensor if so equipped. Remove the transmission cooling lines.
At this point the radiator should pull straight up and out of the radiator support. There should be two more rubber mounts at the bottom of the radiator end tanks, put them back in place on the bottom of the radiator support.
At this point you may want to check the radiator hoses to see if they need replacement.
Put the replacement radiator in the radiator support making sure the end tanks fit into the rubber mounts. Put the rubber mounts on the top of the end tanks and put the upper bracket back on. Continue to replace other removed parts until you have everything back in place.
Refill the radiator with proper coolant. When the coolant is completely drained it can cause an air bubble usually account the thermostat. Be certain all air is out of the coolant passages before starting your cars engine. Check hose connections for leaks.
When coolant is in place lower the car and start the engine to make a final check for leaks.
