There is no engine block drain plug on a 1996 Chevy Lumina. You drain from the radiator using the plastic plug at the bottom.
where is the drain plug on a 99 Chevy lumina where is the radiator drain plug on a 99 Chevy lumina I am not completely sure about the 99 but I drive a 95 lumina and the radiator drain plug is located to the right of the radiator (if you are looking under the hood) and at the bottom of the housing for the radiator. Mine is white in color.
you dont rotate it you have to pull the altnator off to change them
Drain coolant from radiator plug located either at bottom or rear of radiator Re-fill slowly to prevent an "airlock"
Yes. But they use different wire harnesses and ECM's. The 93 has less electronics than the 96 year Lumina's.
yes as long as it is the same size 3.1 or so on and you will have to change the one exhaust manifold i know that for sure because i just put a 96 3.1 liter into a 97 lumina.
yes
yes it will fit
Remove the bottom radiator hose on your 1996 Chevy Lumina radiator. Put a water hose in the top of the radiator. Allow the water hose to run until the water draining from the bottom of the radiator runs clear.
depends on the engine size and the transmission type.
