You simply lift it up and tilt the wiper blade up from the arm. Good luck finding a replacement other than the Honda dealer.
The 2006 Honda Odyssey takes a 26" drivers and 22" passenger side. See related link below. The rear blade is a special 16" wiper that can be difficult to find in stores.

Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.
The 2008 Honda Odyssey takes a special 16" rear wiper blade. See related link below. It has the integrated xx-B wiper arm attachment. Extremely easy installation once you get the right blade.

The 2003 Honda Odyssey takes a 24" drivers side, 21" passenger side and a 17" rear wiper. See sources and related links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only. Be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.
That only works for the front wipers, I'm trying to figure out the rear wiper blade...sorry, but at least I READ your question.
The wiper blade for a 1994 Honda Accord is 24 inches on the driver-side. For the passenger side the wiper blade is smaller, at only 20 inches.
Remove the 2005 Honda Odyssey rear wiper arm from the wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.
The 2009 Honda CRV rear wiper blade size is a special 14" rear wiper blade that is very simple to replace once you find a replacement. Unfortunately, most stores do not stock this special rear wiper blade so please see sources and related links below for more information and installation videos.
