The 2001-2006 Acura MDX's have a proprietary rear wiper and you must either go to the dealer for a replacement wiper blade or you can buy aftermarket "refill inserts" which is just the rubber blade rather than the entire wiper blade and frame.
The 2003 Acura MDX has a special Acura rear wiper blade that you must get at the dealer - they are not available aftermarket. The front wipers are available aftermarket - see sources and related links below.

According to my research, I do not see any aftermarket rear wiper blades available for the 2001-2006 the Acura MDX so most likely it is a dealer-only part, so please see your dealer. Acura did make a change on the 2007-2010 MDX's and the rear blade is rare and hard to find, however there is a less-expensive aftermarket option called a Trico Exact Fit 12-B. But note, this is only for the 2007+, not the 2001-2006.

The 2002 Toyota Highlander has a "Rock Loc 2" rear wiper arm which is incredibly simple to change once you find the difficult to find rear wiper blade. See related links below for information on the rear wiper blade and for installation videos.

The way to change a rear wiper blade on a kai sedona would be to take the vehicle to an auto mechanic or an auto body shop and let them change the wiper blades on the vehicle.
