No the side markers are optional in Europe but the parking lights are normally different.
The marker can be replaced from the inside only, by raising the hood, then removing the two retainer nuts with a 13mm wrench
just use a flat screw driver or anything thin ...slowly push the screw driver into the (front or behind) the cover of the side markers...... "front" side markers should be pushed backward ....."rear" side markers should be pushed forward...very slowly and they will pop up.. there are no screws..they just pop up .then u easily can access the small light bulb..
You probably have a rusted or disconnected ground wire to the running lights and side markers.
one of your lights or side markers are burnt out
There is a fuse box under the hood (passenger side). I know the the fuses for the head lights are there. The fuse for the taillights is there and is labeled. This fuse includes the running lights but is not labeled as such.
Possibly a bad ground in the rear wiring harness somewhere.
well, it all depends on what bumper lights you're trying to change. say for example the side markers, you just pop them out, unplug, plug in new ones and pop them back in. the front left/right signals, the same way. pop out, unplug, plug in new ones, pop back in. fog lights are a different story. you got some wiring to do.
Lights, and safety chains. Depending on the size of the trailer, additional markers / side lights / etc. may be required. Most states require licensing, it may be in the form of a license plate, or a permanent registration. Your local DMV should have all the guidelines for you.
