a 15 socket can be used on one of the bolts but you will need a wrench to get at the other one as there is no room to get a wrachet up behind the bar that goes along there just simply put the wrench over the top of the bar and u can get at it from there as for the 15 scokey it is straight forward and by the way the wrench is a 15 also ...pretty simple..
Is it necessary to remove the oil pressure switch, the oil filter and the engine stabilizer bar, (and even the fan and housing)this is a very ambiguous answer above
