It is the same assembly as the tensioner pulley - the little pulley that isn't attached to anything.
Open the hood. Now look at all the pulleys. The one that is not connected to any component and is not driving anything, is the idler tensioner pulley.
The 2005 Nissan Altima auto tensioner pulley can be removed by removing the center bolt. You will need to hold the pulley stationary while you loosen the bolt.
You can tighten the serpentine belt on your 2005 Chrysler 300 by tightening the tensioner pulley. Push the tensioner pulley to the right until the serpentine belt is tight.
you need to get a wrench and turn the bolt (relieve the pressure on the pulley) on the tensioner pulley and remove the belt then turn bolt (relieve the pressure on the pulley) to reinstall it. The tensioner pulley is the one that is not your A/C pulley not your alternator pulley and not your crankshaft pulley its the only one that's left no hoses or plugs going to it. not sure how to explain it.
Probably not the air pump. Could be the power steering pump or the tensioner pulley or maybe the idler pulley.
