on top right side of dashboard there are two buttons one looks like a book the other arrows, they change date/time on Picasso
You must have the original radio, and through radio may change the time on citroen car !
press and hold the book symbol on the right hand side of the dash display at the top then scrowl through using the same button to change time use the bottom button when you reach the time section.

License plate like bulb, on a Citrogen Picasso, can be changed by pushing the bulb in and turning at the same time. The bulb will come out. Insert the new bulb.
There are two black buttons on the instrument panel. With the ignition on but engine not running press and hold the right hand one for a few seconds. The clock display will start flashing. Short presses of the same button change the time. Leave it untouched for a bit and the setting remains. Pat
Go to command and select services time is there
Hold right hand dashboard button (underneath rev counter) down for 3 seconds. Hour digit will start to flash. Then press same button repeatedly and quickly to change hou until correct time displayed. Wait 5 seconds and minute will flash. Set minute in the same way. Wait 5 more seconds and time will be set.

well depends on the driver, but you only change a clutch when it dont work, if its starts slipping then its time to change if its not broken dont fix it.
I suppose that Picasso was not in Mallorca. But Mallorcan museums have paintings of Picasso.
