If you plan on doing this yourself, you need a garage, a proper service manual for your specific car, and a lot of patience. Changing timing belts on the first gen strats is not a fun job. AND FOR FUTURE REFERENCE EVERYONE: WHEN YOU HAVE A CAR RELATED QUESTION GIVE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAR MORE THAN JUST YEAR MAKE AND MODEL. WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, OR WHATEVER MAY BE RELEVANT TO ANSWERING A QUESTION.
