At a Honda or Acura dealer around $900 including changing the water pump.
since the water pump is getting powered by the timing belt it is easy to mess up the timing on the vehicle and create more trouble than water pump itself if you don't know how to re adjust the timing. KKODAL

You don't change a timing chain unless it breaks...that's the beauty of owning a vehicle with a timing chain. However, you need to make sure to replace your water pump at the recommended interval - in most cars the timing belt and water pump are replaced at the same time so you want to make sure that this service does not slip through the cracks!

no you do not have to change the timing chain when changing the water pump.
Drain the radiator. Remove the drive belt, and the crankshaft sprocket cover. Unbolt the pump, replace it, then re-install the cover and belt.
