Well the simple answer is to buy a water pump for a 2000 B16A2 and a gasket will also be needed the only thing left to do is to remove your belts (which it would be a good idea to replace them while there off if there old and deteriorating) and remove the water pump but watch out for anti-freeze/coolant. Take a gasket scraper or a flat head standard screwdriver and scrap off the old gasket put the new gasket and water pump on, put your belts back on and add a little bit of coolant and you should be good to go, its as easy as that, but belts can be a pain to replace.
