how do you replace a wheel bearing on an 1985 oldsmobile regency 98
how do you replace a wheel bearing on an 1985 oldsmobile regency 98
take off the right wheel and the cover wall and you wll see it
I have changed two of them. Remove the caliper, brake disc and then the large nut at the wheel and then you will have to use a small sledge to pound the the thing that the nut is threaded onto back and then loosen the bolts to the hub
if the bolts do not get on then you just have to change the studs
Look on the drivers door jam. Tire size and wheel size should be there. I have a 1992 98 regency and the tire size is P205/70R15. Rim size is 15x6.
Remove the rear wheel, then the wheel hub should be on four bolts. Remove the bolts and remove the hub. Very easy job.
no it does not have a steering wheel
to change the wheel and tire on a car just loosen the bolts on the wheel jack it up and replace it
Yea it will fit,i have a 98 olds regency and i have 20's on it but i had to get air shocks for the back because it will scrap bad without them and a few minor wheel well cut outs u will have to do but its easy, use a dremmel and ur good
take it to your dealer or service center and tell them to change the steering wheel that's what i did or if you tried that there should be a cap on the front of the wheel and you snap it open and there should be bolts.
Ours is a 1997 so this may or may not help. I had to remove the air cleaner assy, the windshield fluid reservoir and then there was a support bracket that ran from the radiator to the wheel well I had to remove. There was two bolts in the front and two that you had to access from the wheel well, once removed you could get to the battery.
