You need to remove the door panel, the plastic cover under the door handle must be removed first. Behind it is a bolt that must be removed as well as the one in the arm rest. There are plastic pins that hold the door panel on, be careful you don't break them. After you have the door panel off, unplug the lock and window switches then remove the plastic cover that goes completely around the door, it is stuck on with tarry crap. After all of that is removed you will see a coil spring, if the window is up there won't be a lot of tension on it, if the window is down the spring will be really tight be careful removing it. Stand clear and pry the spring off, you will see a slotted aluminum colored stud, that stud is what is holding the regulator in place. It breaks very easy, put coins in the slot and put vi-scrips on the stud and turn it counter clock wise. Put your fingers inside and hold the regular tight against the stud, it only turns about an inch or less, remove the stud. After the regulator is loose you will see a black plastic cross arm that is held with one nut just to the left of the spring you just removed, it is holding the cross arm of the regulator. Take the nut off and push the arm in to remove it from the slot then pull it to the right. Now the window has to be tipped to the right to remove the top two arms from the window. The right side of the track has a place on the end that keeps the window from coming out, you will have to pry it out with a screwdriver, so the new arms can replace it, after the new arm is put in you must crimp it back again. To put is back together, just do it the opposite from the way you took it apart. the last thing you do is put the spring back. I would make sure the window is up, so there isn't as much tension on the spring. Look at the way the slot is running on the stud before you take it out, put it back as close as you can. A little secret, tape the window up while you work on it. Be sure the teeth part of the regulator is in the motor you will have to feel it, because you can see it. Good Luck
turn bolts to the left, install regulator, turn bolts to the right

The window motor is attached to the window regulator by screws. After removing the door trim you must detach the regulator from the door by drilling-out four rivits. Then remove the screws from the old motor and install the new motor. Re-attach the regulator with bolts and put the trim back on the door.
It could be the window regulator. If it is worn out and binding, it could cause the window to move slowly, jerkily, or not at all.
