Use a small flat bladed screw driver and gently lever the switch out, the wires may be quite short so take care, make a note of the connects or connector, disconnect, remove and fit new switch. Check for correct operation and then push back into place, job done

Your switch could be worn out you would have to replace the rocker to the switch or replace the whole window switch console.

Most likely culprit is corrosion on oen side of the window rocker switch in the door. Rain likely has gotten onto the switch enough times that corrosion resulted in a high resistance on at least one side of the window rocker control switch - the one that you push to raise the windows.

All switches are identical and the connector in console determines which window is which, so don't mix those up.
