I wouls suspect the passenger side switch is defective. Salvage yard is a good source for this part.
Usually the culprit is the contacts inside the window switches in the center console. If you carefully remove each switch you can pry the long sides of the switch away from rocker with a thin blade, you will have to do both sides of switch, carefully remove rocker and try not to loose the springs underneth. clean each contact with a pencil eraser and re-install. All switches are identical and the connector in console determines which window is which, so don't mix those up.
Replace the rocker switch unit in the door. Usually about $10-$15 from wreckers. Common effect is window will go down but no up...(Burnout of switch unit.) Will master on drivers door work window?? If yes, then above is the problem...
Most likely culprit is corrosion on oen side of the window rocker switch in the door. Rain likely has gotten onto the switch enough times that corrosion resulted in a high resistance on at least one side of the window rocker control switch - the one that you push to raise the windows.
There is only one fuse for all power windows. If only the passenger side window does not work, the problem is either with the passenger window switch or the motor on that window.
Try swapping it with the driver's side switch
Bad relay/window motor/switch/wiring...........
If you mean the extra switch on the drivers side power window control it cuts power to the passenger side window switch. Handy if you have kids.
Take it to a garage. This is a big job.
