its not an expensive fix but it is a pain in the butt! your best bet is to buy a haynes repair guide from auto or advanced. 25$ there. there a life saver. but the main thing is take the valve covers off and the front plate off the motor. while your at it i would buy the whole entire timing chain kit and water pump. bout 150$ on ebay. once you get the valve covers and front plate off its basically take it all off and put it back on the way it came off. but once you have it off be sure NOT to turn the crank after putting the number one valve at top dead center! because i did and it took me two week to try and get it back in time. it wont start and you could bend a rod if you try and start it out of time! best bet is to buy a haynes repair guide!
