Jack the car up, remove the front left tire and support the car on solid stands. The drain plug is under the transmission. Easily accessible. 3/8 driver.
Additional Information:
The drain plug is located facing the inside of the passenger front tire. The transmission is not located on the driver's side of a '95 Accord. Remove the right front tire, and use a socket extension and ratchet to remove the plug.
